What if you could move through life with confidence and ease?

Imagine a different way of training, or better, of moving.

A way where capabilities, skills, coordination, control and let go emerge naturally from your practice.

A practice that is not about lifting, bending, running, stretching but about creating a capable, adaptable, intelligent body.

A body that is strong without unnecessary effort, mobile without being unstable, disciplined but not constrained, playful but not confused.
This is the outcome of movement guided by awareness, balance, and exploration.

Movement is not a collection of exercises.

Your body is not a machine to optimize or a shape to improve.
It is a living system.

Movement, when practiced correctly, becomes a way to deepen your relationship with your body—to understand how it organizes itself, adapts and responds to the world.

When this relationship is missing, tension accumulates.
When it is restored, movement becomes simpler, clearer, and more efficient.

Movement Coaching

This coaching is designed for people who want to feel stronger and more capable in their body, without becoming stiff, rigid, or disconnected.

We train:

  • Strength without stiffness

  • Mobility without instability

  • Release without collapsing

  • Coordination without tension

These qualities are not developed separately.
They are trained together, as part of a coherent system.

Balance is essential. When one quality dominates, movement quality deteriorates. When they support each other, movement becomes resilient and adaptable.

Our approach aims to find the sweet spot between discipline and playfulness so that the practice stay alive and ever evolving.

Whether in a group context or 1 to 1, we will build a personal, yet professional, relationship so that you are not left alone in the journey through the complex landscapes of movement.

How this work differs

Most approaches focus on outcomes.
This work focuses on process.

The process of discovery—how you explore movement, how you notice sensations, how you adapt—is more important than any single achievement or milestone.

Awareness is the necessary condition for learning.
Without it, strength becomes rigidity, mobility becomes instability, and coordination becomes forced.

With awareness, movement becomes efficient, responsive, and sustainable.

Ok but… what are we actually doing when practicing?

it`s hard to say because it depends on the individual.

One thing is for sure: each person with whom we work is a different universe with different needs and wants.

In this context a better question to ask would how are we doing what we do. Whether it is an exercise like a pullup, a skill like a handstand, a more general exploration, or a somatic practice, it is the how you do that what develops your movement and your relationship with your body and practice.

Presence through practice

The practice does more than improve how you move.

It brings you into the present moment.

Attention shifts from external expectations to internal signals.
You learn to listen, adjust, and respond.

Movement becomes a way to cultivate presence—not by effort, but by engagement.

Who this coaching is for

This work is suited for people who:

  • Want to move better, not just look better

  • Understand that appearance is a byproduct of movement quality

  • Are interested in long-term capability and health rather than short-term results

  • Value awareness, balance, and adaptability in their physical practice

  • Want to break free from limitations of the fitness culture

If you are looking for a deeper, more intelligent relationship with movement, this approach will resonate.

The invitation

This is not a class and not a generic program.

It is individualized, attentive and exploratory 1:1 or group coaching, built around your body, your history, and your needs.

The aim is simple:
to help you move with clarity, confidence, and ease—now and in the future.

If this approach aligns with how you want to relate to movement, you are welcome to begin.

  • I've only recently started working with Gio, but I'm already incredibly impressed. I was looking for a personal trainer, but it was clear from our very first session that he offers so much more. Gio has an exceptional ability to connect, and his professionalism and deep knowledge shine through in everything he does. He is a true living example of his own teachings, which is incredibly motivating. Even in this short time, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I'm genuinely curious and excited to see where this journey goes and how our work together will continue

  • I had a great experience on my last handstand workshop with Gio. He has a technical yet fun and friendly way of passing his knowledge and a caring way of reassuring you do the exercises in a safely manner. Loved the warm ups and stretches too and, definitely, feel a bit more confident while practicing my handstand now.

  • I enjoyed the handstand workshops with Gio very much. He guided us through the sessions with a well-thought structure and tempo. The individual exercises could be adapted to different levels of experience and thereby included everyone. As a teacher I experienced him as very competent, patient and friendly. I would love to take part in more workshops and practices guided by him!

    Nora van Braam

  • I have a fear of experiencing upside down positions like the handstand. To expand my dance world and movement possibilities, I overcame myself and participated in Gio`s workshop. I felt well taken care of from the beginning. Gio provided with very good individual feedback and assistance while being super empathic and fun at the same time. A thoroughly great experience for me to reduce my fear of the handstand and explore new ways of moving!

    Sophia Hellental

  • I appreciate Gio a lot as a very knowledgeable and focused Trainer as well as such a kind and fun human being. I thought I had a pretty solid background in Handstands after many years of gymnastics, sports science study and practice with so many people. In Gio`s workshop I learned, not only a perfect preparation routine for me, but a whole new approach on how to train systematically.
