Hi I am Gio, welcome to my website!
My purpose here is to help to become responsive, efficient and versatile in your movement across everyday life, training and unpredictable situations.
This work is about changing how you move at the source, not only by repeating certain exercises but, ultimately, by developing your capacity to construct movement in real time.
In each session, you work with materials that challenge you to reorganize your body. Instead of optimizing known patterns, you are invited to explore unfamiliar ones, so your movement becomes more adaptable and less dependent on habit.
The focus is not fitness in the traditional sense. It’s movement intelligence — how you perceive, decide and coordinate under changing conditions.

My work is about giving structure to something that is naturally fluid. Not fixed routines to follow, but clear principles that help you orient yourself, explore safely, and make sense of your own movement.
