Move through life with confidence and ease

Moving well isn’t about being fearless or perfectly trained.
It’s about feeling at home in your body.

When your body is organized, responsive, and aware, everyday actions start to feel simpler: walking, carrying things, training, playing, even resting. You don’t have to think as much. You trust yourself to adapt.

This work helps you reduce unnecessary tension, move more efficiently, and feel more stable - physically and mentally. Over time, movement becomes less of a struggle and more of a support in daily life.

Confidence grows not from pushing harder, but from knowing you can respond to whatever comes up.

move better

Move better to feel and look better

Many people try to change how they look by forcing shapes, postures, or routines.
Here, the focus is different.

When you move with better coordination, balance, and clarity, your body naturally starts to change. Posture improves, movements become cleaner, and your presence becomes more grounded — without forcing anything.

Instead of chasing appearance, we work on how your body functions as a whole. Strength becomes more usable, mobility more controlled, and effort better distributed.

Looking better is not the goal — it’s the byproduct of moving better.

Love the process and find joy

Movement doesn’t have to feel like a task or a constant correction.

This approach invites curiosity, play, and exploration. Progress is not just something you see in the mirror, but something you feel in how you move, breathe, and relate to your body.

By enjoying the process, people tend to stay consistent, attentive, and open to learning. Small discoveries add up, and practice becomes something you look forward to rather than something you have to push through.

When movement is enjoyable, change becomes sustainable.

Move with joy

Ok, but… what are we actually doing when practicing?

It`s not easy to say because it depends on you. You keep changing, so does the what.

One thing is for sure: each person with whom we work is a different universe with different needs and wants.

In this context a better question to ask would how are we doing what we do. Whether it is an exercise like a pullup, a skill like a handstand, a more general exploration, or a somatic practice, it is the how you do it what develops your movement and your relationship with your body and practice.

And the how always implies presence, curiosity and the intention to keep challenging yourself and growing.

  • Gio is a truly unique trainer. He brings deep knowledge of the human body and how it works, grounded in scientific research and shaped by his passion for movement as a holistic practice. His approach is both functional and playful, unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Combined with his natural kindness, Gio is an ideal trainer for anyone seeking a form of training where body, mind, and heart come into alignment.

  • I've only recently started working with Gio, but I'm already incredibly impressed. I was looking for a personal trainer, but it was clear from our very first session that he offers so much more. Gio has an exceptional ability to connect, and his professionalism and deep knowledge shine through in everything he does. He is a true living example of his own teachings, which is incredibly motivating. Even in this short time, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I'm genuinely curious and excited to see where this journey goes and how our work together will continue

    David Skaliczky

  • I enjoyed Gio as an experienced, passionate and kind workshop facilitator. Through different exercises, games and repetition I could achieve a deeper understanding of my body upside-down and the alignment I am looking for. I am now able to practice by myself - in a healthy and varied way.

    Judith Neumeyer

    Lena Półgrabia

  • I had a great experience on my last handstand workshop with Gio. He has a technical yet fun and friendly way of passing his knowledge and a caring way of reassuring you do the exercises in a safely manner. Loved the warm ups and stretches too and, definitely, feel a bit more confident while practicing my handstand now.

    Rui Almeida

  • I met Gio as a trainer in a group setting. I experienced him as someone who is attentive and caring to the needs of the people in a group. He shares his knowledge and skills with passion and intention to create safe space.

    Lukáš Sabol

  • I enjoyed the handstand workshops with Gio very much. He guided us through the sessions with a well-thought structure and tempo. The individual exercises could be adapted to different levels of experience and thereby included everyone. As a teacher I experienced him as very competent, patient and friendly. I would love to take part in more workshops and practices guided by him!

    Nora van Braam

  • I have a fear of experiencing upside down positions like the handstand. To expand my dance world and movement possibilities, I overcame myself and participated in Gio`s workshop. I felt well taken care of from the beginning. Gio provided with very good individual feedback and assistance while being super empathic and fun at the same time. A thoroughly great experience for me to reduce my fear of the handstand and explore new ways of moving!

    Sophia Hellental

  • Gio is definitely someone who has a deep understanding of the human body, anatomy and movement - he knows how to guide you into new movements in a sustainable, holistic and fun way, while being aware of your individual needs.

    Anna Li

  • I appreciate Gio a lot as a very knowledgeable and focused Trainer as well as such a kind and fun human being. I thought I had a pretty solid background in Handstands after many years of gymnastics, sports science study and practice with so many people. In Gio`s workshop I learned, not only a perfect preparation routine for me, but a whole new approach on how to train systematically.
