Hi I am Gio, welcome to my website!
My purpose here is to help you build an ability to move that is more responsive, efficient, and versatile across everyday life, training and unpredictable situations.
This work is about changing how you move at the source, not only by repeating certain exercises but, ultimately, by developing your capacity to construct movement in real time.
In each session, you work with materials that challenge you to organize your body: joints, weight, timing, attention. Instead of optimizing known patterns, you are invited to explore unfamiliar ones, so your movement becomes more adaptable and less dependent on habit.
The focus is not fitness in the traditional sense. It’s movement intelligence — how you perceive, decide and coordinate under changing conditions.
