What to expect?
You’ll get coaching that responds to your body, your process, and what you need each week.
Some of the subjects we’ll explore overtime are: Strength, Mobility, Coordination, Balance, Inversions, Movement Qualities, Ground Movement, Improvisation, Object Play, Somatic Awareness and more.
The purpose of the practice being crafting a body and a mind that are versatile and capable to deal with a great variety of scenarios.

How does it work

Step 1: CHOOSE YOUR PATH
After the consultation, you select the program that best supports your way of training:
• Individual Coaching — Precision, Adaptation, and Full Attention.
• Small group session (3 to 5 people) — Collective Practice, Individual Attention.
Each path works slightly differently from here.
Step 2: THE JOURNEY BEGINS
If you choose Individual Coaching, we begin with a 60-minute in depth assessment during our fist session.
For the Small group session, we begin with a collective or individual assessment depending on the group.
For both, we will explore your movement, habits, needs, and goals through conversation and practice.
Step 3: THE JOURNEY CONTINUES
Regardless of the option you have chosen you will receive a clear, structured practice plan. It includes:
Regular in-person meetings to guide your practice, remove blockages, provide feedback and keep you accountable
A detailed practice plan in PDF
Clear weekly structure
Periodic program updates
With me by your side throughout the process, this a very hands-on and effective way to learn and progress.
