How does it work

Step 0: FILL IN THE FORM and FREE CONSULTATION

Fill out a short form to share your movement background, current practice, and goals.

Along with the free consultation, this helps us see if we’re a good fit to work together.

Step 1: ASSESSMENT

We’ll begin with a coaching call that also serves as your assessment. I’ll get a sense of how you move, your starting point, and your goals through conversation and movement.

This isn’t just a chat! Be ready to move. What we learn will shape your personalized plan from day one.

Step 2: PERSONALISED PRACTICE

You will receive a personalized PDF plan tailored specifically to you, your lifestyle, and your goals. It includes clear, detailed instructions, video tutorials to guide your practice, and written guidelines to help you stay on track and make consistent progress.

Step 3: START YOUR PRACTICE

From now on you will have my ongoing support which consist in:

  • one 45 minutes coaching call every 2 weeks

  • program review every 6 weeks

  • continuous communication with me, via Telegram or WhatsApp, to answer your questions about the practice and to help you troubleshoot any issue that might get in your way.
