How does it work
Step 0: FILL IN THE FORM + FREE CONSULTATION
Fill out a short form to share your movement background, current practice, and goals.
Along with the free consultation, this helps us see if we’re a good fit to work together.

Step 1: CHOOSE YOUR PATH
After the consultation, you select the program that best supports your way of training:
• The Process — 12 weeks of guided practice and ongoing coaching
• The Circle — twice-a-month group coaching and evolving practice
Each path works slightly differently from here.
Step 2: THE JOURNEY BEGINS
If you choose The Process we begin with a 60-minute in depth assessment call.
For The Circle, I will advise which of the current groups and their programs fits best your needs.
The goal: understand where you are now, so your practice can evolve from a real starting point, not a template.
Step 3: THE JOURNEY CONTINUES
Regardless of the option you have chosen you will receive a clear, structured practice plan. It includes:
Regular online calls to guide your practice, remove blockages, provide feedback and keep you accountable
A detailed practice plan in PDF
Video guidance
Written practice instructions
Clear weekly structure
Periodic program updates
