Group Practice
The Group Practice is a shared space where we explore Movement together, learning, questioning and experimenting as a community. It’s a place to deepen your awareness, expand your movement vocabulary and discover answers — or new questions — to solve problems — or create new ones —through your own embodied experience.

This class develops the foundations of healthy, adaptable movement through joint articulations and coordination exercises.
The practice is gentle, scalable, and accessible, making it suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced movers. It is particularly valuable for people who spend long hours sitting, want to return to regular movement after a break, or are looking for an alternative to repetitive, linear exercise.
Rather than simply strengthening muscles, we explore how the whole body moves as an integrated system. The sessions are fluid, playful, and adaptable to each participant's abilities, allowing everyone to meet the practice where they are now.
You may benefit if you want to:
Reduce stiffness from sedentary work
Improve joint health and mobility
Develop better coordination and body awareness
Move with greater ease and confidence
Understand how your body functions in movement
Explore a more varied and non-linear approach to physical practice
Potential benefits include:
Healthier, more resilient joints
Relief from neck, shoulder, and back discomfort
Improved balance and stability
Better coordination and spatial awareness
Enhanced memory and cognitive engagement through complex movement
Greater movement variety and adaptability

These sessions focus on learning and refining specific physical skills.
Each class is structured around a clear objective and provides the progressions needed to build strength, mobility, coordination and technical ability over time. Whether your goal is your first pull-up, a 30-second handstand, deeper splits, or smoother rolls, the practice is designed to support you with tools and motivation to move you steadily towards it.
Even if it points towards a specific outcome, the process remains central.
Skills may include:
Handstands
Rolls and soft acrobatics
Pull-ups
Dips
Pistol squats
Splits
Pancake
Bridges
Balance and bodyweight skills
And many more
The emphasis is on deliberate practice, measurable progress, and developing the physical capacities required to achieve your personal goals.
Topics are changing from week to week or month to month depending on the needs of the group.
The aim of the sessions is to give you a method to build your own practice and to encourage and motivate you through a shared group space. -
This is a practice for curious movers.
Instead of pursuing a specific shape or performance goal, these sessions explore the underlying principles that make movement adaptable, creative and transferable across many disciplines.
The focus is on the process rather than the outcome. Through guided exploration, participants discover new movement possibilities, develop problem-solving abilities, and become more responsive to changing situations.
We work with:
Creative constraints
Movement principles that transfer across disciplines
Improvisation
Interaction with objects such as balls, sticks, and other props
Interaction with partners
Interaction with the environment
Different movement qualities and dynamics
These sessions cultivate adaptability, creativity, body awareness, and the ability to respond intelligently to new movement challenges rather than relying on memorized patterns.
If you’re looking for a space to improve your mobility and strength, reconnect to your body, develop meaningful movement skills and practice with others who value awareness, intention and playful structure— this group is for you.
